UX Designer:
Contract Our client is seeking a UX Designer to support major digital initiatives by translating journey maps and experience flows provided by external partners into detailed UX deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI. Key Responsibilities Translate journey maps and experience flows provided by external partners into detailed UX deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI. Produce developer-ready Figma files with clear annotations, interaction details, and responsive behavior. Partner with product managers to define UX requirements, acceptance criteria, and design milestones. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure feasibility, alignment with technical constraints, and smooth handoff of design specifications. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that support new and enhanced digital experiences. Build interactive prototypes for usability testing, stakeholder reviews, and engineering reference. Maintain organized, version-controlled design files that support iterative development and phased releases. Research & Validation Plan and conduct usability testing to validate concepts and refine designs. Translate research insights into actionable design improvements. Advocate for user-centered decision-making across cross-functional teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration Participate in design workshops, feedback sessions, and collaborative working sessions with product, engineering, operations, and external partners. Present design demos and gather feedback from stakeholders at all levels. Work closely with fellow designers to ensure consistency and alignment across shared workstreams. Design System Contribution Contribute to the design system by using established components, patterns, and accessibility standards. Provide feedback and propose enhancements to the design system as new needs arise. Ensure all designs align with and reinforce a unified, scalable design language. Qualifications Experience designing complex UX flows and high-fidelity UI for digital products. Proficiency in Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design. Experience conducting usability testing and synthesizing insights.Preferred:
Understanding of CSS basics and front-end implementation considerations. Experience working with digital product teams and external agencies. Passion for digital customer experience and transformation initiatives; experience in agile/scrum environments. Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly and concisely. BA in UX design, UI design, graphic design, or related field preferred; master's degree ideal. Occasional travel required to visit childcare centers and conduct field research.
