Job Description

Requirement for 1 or 2 ServiceNow Consumer/Service Portal Developer(s) who designs| builds| and customizes ServiceNow Service Portals creating custom widgets| pages| integrations| and responsive UI components using JavaScript| HTML| CSS| AngularJS| and related technologies. Focuses on building user friendly| scalable portals within the ServiceNow platform| often for ITSM| HRSD| CSM| (Preferred) or custom applications. Key Responsibilities- Develop and customize ServiceNow Service Portals including pages| themes| and layouts Create custom widgets using JavaScript| AngularJS| HTML| CSS| Bootstrap| or React (depending on employer) Implement designer provided UI/UX and translate wireframes into functional components. Optimize portal performance| responsiveness| and accessibility Integrate portals with external systems using
REST/SOAP
APIs Troubleshoot and resolve UI and widget issues| including performance bottlenecks. Collaborate with cross functional teams (UX| platform engineers| project managers Support ServiceNow configuration (Service Catalog| Knowledge| CSM| etc.) Write ATF tests and maintain documentation Required Skills & Experience36+ years of ServiceNow development experience on Service Portals Hands on Service Portal development experience (widgets| pages| themes). Strong front end skills: JavaScript AngularJS or react.jsHTML5| CSS3| Bootstrap Experience with ServiceNow workflows| forms| and platform configuration Understanding of responsive design and UI/UX best practices Clear understanding on CSM| Inventory| etc.| Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow certifications (Portal Fundamentals| Advanced) Experience in Agile environments Ability to mentor junior developers Typical Job Titles ServiceNow Portal Developer ServiceNow Consumer Portal Developer ServiceNow CSM Portal Developer ServiceNow Front End Developer ServiceNow UI/UX Developer"
