User Experience (UX) Designer#26-04276 Pittsburgh, PA Phoenix, AZ Dallas, TX Birmingham, AL Strongsville, OH On-site Contract Starts 4/13/2026 Ends 10/14/2026 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer for a 6+ month contract position located in Pittsburgh, PA. This on-site position can also be located in Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, or Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities:

Support the transformation of tasks into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs through the entire experience lifecycle, from the first-time user to the expert Identify and Client customer and business needs through contextual inquiries, and generative and quantitative research, and identify solutions to meet those needs Execute visual, information, interaction, and service design elements of the initiative that meets business and customer needs and delights customers Gauge the usability of new and existing products, and make constructive suggestions for change

Requirements:

2-4 years of related experience in UX/UI Design Experience with Design Systems, ideally building, contributing to, or maintaining them Proficiency with a collaborative interface design tool such as Figma Experience with Adobe Suite, Jira, and Confluence Knowledge of mobile native design Desired skills: Strong businessmunication, facilitation, and presentation skills Critical thinking and analytical approach Familiarity with Agile Web Development Understanding of Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) Knowledge of JavaScript and IT Architecture Pay range: $36.07 - $44.07 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
