Job Description

We are looking for an experienced User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Villanova, Pennsylvania. This position requires expertise in creating user-friendly digital solutions that are both visually appealing and compliant with pharmaceutical and healthcare advertising standards. Ideal candidates will have a strong ability to translate complex clinical data and brand strategies into engaging, omnichannel experiences.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries using advanced Figma techniques.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes to support user testing, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Design intuitive digital experiences that comply with industry standards, including regulatory and medical guidelines.
  • Transform scientific and clinical information into easily digestible layouts and user flows.
  • Collaborate with creative, medical, and strategy teams to ensure UX solutions align with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings to gather insights and refine design concepts.
  • Deliver comprehensive UX documentation, including wireframes, journey maps, interactive prototypes, and information architecture.
  • Balance creativity with compliance to produce visually compelling and medically accurate digital solutions.
  • Adapt to fast-paced agency environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Drive user engagement across omnichannel campaigns, patient support platforms, and branded digital assets.
