6+ month contract We are seeking a Principal Experience Designer to lead the design and user experience for a suite of digital tools. This role focuses on delivering a seamless, intuitive, and high-end user experience. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end UX and UI design for customer-facing digital products, from concept through final delivery Drive visual design and interaction standards aligned with brand guidelines and design system Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs that balance user needs and business goals Collaborate closely with product, development, and creative teams to bring designs to life Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform Define and refine design patterns to improve usability, clarity, and overall customer experience Partner with leadership to help shape product direction and elevate design across initiatives Manage design deliverables across the full project lifecycle Qualifications 7+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UX/UI work and polished visual design Expertise in Figma and modern design tools, with experience working in design systems Proven ability to design for complex products and translate them into intuitive user experiences Strong attention to detail with ability to deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
