Job Description

Senior Application Systems Analyst & Designer Location:
Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business/user requirements Create UI/UX designs, mockups, prototypes, and POCs Design web application components and navigation elements Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams Create user stories, test scenarios, and support testing activities Support modernization initiatives
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of Application Systems Analysis & Design experience 10+ years designing web-based applications 5+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop 10+ years experience with SNAP/FNS or other federal social service programs 10+ years experience with Social Services Case Management COTS products Experience with Power BI dashboards Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) experience
Highly Desired:
Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerApps, or other low-code/no-code platforms Knowledge of DevOps practices and Shift-Left Testing
