$50/hour Job Summary We are building the next generation of digital products in a regulated, data?rich environment and are seeking a Senior Product Designer to own critical end?to?end customer experiences, including a major enterprise initiative and purchase workflows. This is a hands?on role partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data/ML, Content, Legal, Compliance, and Accessibility teams in an agile delivery model. Responsibilities Lead design for complex workflows from discovery through production Translate customer and business needs into clear UX outcomes, user flows, and high?fidelity designs Deliver wireframes, UI, prototypes, and detailed specs ahead of development Partner daily with Product and Engineering on sprint planning, discovery, and delivery Support build through design QA and implementation reviews Design compliant, accessible, and trustworthy experiences in regulated environments Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify friction and prioritize improvements Plan and conduct usability testing; define and track success metrics post?launch Design AI?enabled experiences (e.g., intelligent search, summarization, guided tasks) with strong privacy, transparency, and human?in?the?loop patterns Contribute to design systems, critique, and team craft standards Must?

Have Qualifications 5+ years of digital product design experience with a portfolio and case studies Strong UX, interaction, and visual design skills Proven experience designing complex, workflow?driven or self?service products Expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools Agile collaboration with Engineering from discovery through release Research? and data?driven decision making Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills Accessibility knowledge (WCAG) and inclusive design practices Experience designing AI?powered or automated features with Responsible AI and privacy?by?design principles Preferred Qualifications Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, insurance, healthcare) Partnership with Legal, Compliance, or Risk teams A/B testing, experimentation, or personalization experience Hands?on experience with generative AI in production environments Education Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or equivalent practical experience
