Champion best practices in interaction design, user experience, and product thinking across the organisat ion. What They are Lookin g For5+ years of experience designing complex digital products, ideally within SaaS, platform, productivity, or emerging technology environm ents.
Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging user and business prob lems.
Experience designing intelligent, data-rich, or AI-enabled product experie nces.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders at all le vels.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities evolve and ownership is expe cted.
Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives independently, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execu tion.
