Job Description

Job Description We are looking for a Sr. Consumer Insights Researcher, supporting one of our largest retail clients, , within the Data Analytics organization supporting Private Brands. This person is responsible for executing end to end consumer insights research. The consultant will partner with business stakeholders to intake research objectives, ask probing questions to uncover the true business need, and translate those needs into robust research designs. This individual will independently write questionnaires, program and launch surveys within approved third party platforms (e.g., Red Jade), and manage studies through completion. They will analyze quantitative consumer data, leveraging embedded statistical tools, including Conjoint and Max Differential (MaxDiff) methodologies. The role focuses on item and category level consumer research rather than brand marketing. Deliverables include full analytical readouts and executive ready PowerPoint presentations with clear visuals, figures, and insight driven storytelling. Findings will be presented to Sam's Club business and analytics stakeholders to support data driven decision making. This is a hands on research execution role, ideal for a seasoned Consumer Insights researcher with prior experience at a CPG company or insights research organization, and can be performed fully remote.   • Prior experience at a CPG company or consumer insights research organization
  • Strong hands‑on research execution experience (design, build, analyze, report)
