Job Description

Our client is seeking a Sr. Product Researcher to lead high-impact, user-centered research across both physical and digital products. This role directly shapes product direction by uncovering deep customer insights that influence strategy, innovation, and experience design. You'll work at the intersection of hardware, software, and UX, helping teams build products that customers genuinely rely on and love.   • $45-$57/hr What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading qualitative and quantitative user research across product lines
  • Conducting usability testing, surveys, interviews, and market/TAM analysis
  • Translating research findings into actionable product and design recommendations
  • Building dashboards and synthesizing data using Excel/Tableau or similar tools
  • Managing a direct report and external research vendors
  • Partnering with Product, UX, and Engineering teams on product decisions
  • Presenting insights and influencing stakeholder alignment What You'll Need to be Considered
  • Degree in psychology, HCI, human factors, or related field
  • Strong foundation in statistics and behavioral analysis
  • Experience with mixed-method UX/product research
  • Ability to evaluate mobile applications and UI experiences
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments #INDIT
