Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer / UX Lead who is passionate about designing for measurable business impact-not just visual polish. This role sits at the intersection of UX, product design, psychology, and growth, with a focus on optimizing the full digital journey to increase conversions, leads, and revenue. You will own the end-to-end user experience across our public web presence, transforming complex content into intuitive, high-performing experiences while continuously testing and iterating based on data. This is a highly hands-on role for a designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and values experimentation, speed, and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Drive Conversion Impact Create design solutions that directly improve conversion rates, lead generation, and revenue Use experimentation, A/B testing, and performance data to inform decisions Continuously optimize UX based on measurable outcomes Apply User Psychology Leverage user behavior insights to influence decision-making Use layout, copy, visual hierarchy, and micro-interactions to guide user actions Design intuitive experiences that reduce friction and drive engagement Own the Full User Journey Design and optimize the complete conversion funnel, including: Landing pages Content structure Application flows Translate complex ideas into simple, user-friendly experiences Produce wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes using Figma Execute Quickly and Iterate Work in a fast-paced, iterative environment with rapid testing cycles Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation QA builds and refine designs based on real-world performance Continuously improve experiences through data-driven iteration
Skills:
5+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience Proven track record of improving conversions, leads, or revenue through design Strong understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and growth design Experience designing end-to-end user journeys and conversion funnels Proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity design) Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences Experience working in agile or fast-paced product/marketing teams Strong collaboration skills with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders Detail-oriented with a focus on execution quality and performance All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
