UI IX Designer 4

• W2 Only Location
• Hybrid work model ( 2-3 days a week) ; candidates must be 50 miles and/or under 1 hr travel time to office/Preferring they are in office Broomfield, Colorado office ; (Peroria , Chicago-IL), Dallas
• TX are ok as well Interview-Via Teams; panel interview, as of now, there will be a total of 2 rounds

• Typical task breakdown: Use design processes (e.

g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (50%) Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%) Contribute to design operations, acting as our team authority, to ensure the design team has updated templates, components, Source of Truth. Partner with Program Management to enforce and govern design processes for high-quality deliverables while educating and upskilling team members. (35%) Interaction with team: In addition to working with directly with engineering and product teams, you will collaborate with your team of 8 designers and 3 researchers. You will collaborate with 5 additional team members based in India. You may also have the opportunity to collaborate with other UXers in the broader organization for cross-application or app convergence experiences

Education & Experience Required:

Degree and/or Equivalent ( 8+ years experience in User experience ) Equivalent is equal to 12+ years working in User Experience; or Certification in UX through a program such as, HFI or General Assembly, and 8+ years working experience in User Experience Technical Skills (Required):

• Expert Figma skills
• specifically around creating components and recipes for design systems, including Make
• Up-to-date with the latest features in Figma and knows how and when to apply them
• Low/mid and high-fidelity visuals
• Prototyping
• IA flows and other experience flow diagrams (Desired) Knowledge of on-highway and fleet logistics.

Knowledge and/or experience in enterprise native mobile applications Soft Skills(Required): Knowledge and/or experience in equipment mgmt. or adjacent industry such as airlines, mapping apps, Oil & Gas, Fintech or etc. Excellent communication

Self-starter Considerations For Top Candidates:

Experience designing for enterprise applications specifically Someone who is a UX generalist and not necessarily specialist A collaborator, someone who is not afraid to jump in and speak up while learning Has and can demonstrate excellent Figma file hygiene and technical knowledge
