Contract Job Description We are seeking an experienced UiPath Developer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to automate complex business processes and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath. Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. Create reusable RPA components and frameworks following best practices. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing automation workflows. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards. Monitor and maintain production bots, ensuring high availability and performance. Develop technical documentation, process design documents (PDD), and solution design documents (SDD). Collaborate with infrastructure and support teams for deployment and production support. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives. Required Skills 10+ years of experience in RPA development. Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots . Experience developing attended and unattended automation solutions. Proficiency in .NET, C#, VB.NET, or related programming languages. Strong understanding of workflow design, exception handling, and debugging techniques. Experience integrating UiPath with APIs, databases, web applications, and enterprise systems. Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases. Experience with source control tools such as Git, SVN, or Azure DevOps. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification. Experience with Document Understanding, AI Center, and OCR technologies. Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise Automation environments. Knowledge of Power Automate and other automation platforms is a plus. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Education Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
