This role is centered around enhancing digital experiences through collaborative research and design activities within agile teams, focusing on usability, accessibility, and data-driven decisions in a dynamic environment. Position Overview for the
UX Designer II:
Drives the experience vision for digital products by leveraging user-centered design principles, research, and collaboration. Develops various design artifacts such as wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and personas to communicate experience concepts. Ensures digital product usability and accessibility considerations are prioritized throughout design processes. Collaborates within cross-functional teams to establish an audience-focused perspective and contribute to organizational UX maturity. Implements and guides testing and experimentation practices, including A/B and usability testing, to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences. Requirements for theUX Designer II:
Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years of UX design experience Strong hands-on experience in Figma for wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes Experience working within and contributing to design systems End-to-end UX process expertise, including research, discovery, design, and testing Usability testing and data-driven decision-making experience (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) What's in it for you?
