UX Designer-II 1 Year Long Term Contract Onsite Only- Spring, Texas-5
Days Each Week Work Authorization:
H1B/ Jr to Mid-level UX Generalist, who will play a crucial role in the design and development of internal products. Responsible for understanding user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience. This role will need to be able to work on multiple projects at once.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct user research (in a group setting) to understand user needs, process steps, behaviors, and pain points Translate insights into clear recommendations and design direction Design and optimize end-to-end service experiences, ensuring seamless interactions across all touchpoints Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals Create journey maps/process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas Develop and maintain design guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across products Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs Act as a partner to the business, fostering positive stakeholder relationships evangelizing UX efforts
