UX Researcher

Exciting remote opportunity to shape enterprise UX strategy by driving user-centered insights across AI-driven automation and large-scale business transformation initiatives!

Must haves:

5+ years of UX Research experience in an enterprise environment Strong proficiency in Figma Experience with UX research tools such as Dovetail, Condens, Optimal Workshop, or similar platforms Strong experience conducting qualitative research (user interviews, thematic analysis, synthesis) Experience developing and contributing to service blueprints, journey maps, and user flows in enterprise settings Proven ability to build rapport and collaborate cross-functionally across large, complex organizations Experience identifying and mitigating bias in research methodologies and findings Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate independently in a highly collaborative, embedded team environment Portfolio demonstrating experience across usability testing, digital products (.com / web), and end-to-end UX research deliverables Pay range
