Job Description

Google CES developer
Introduction:
As a Google CES developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing conversational experiences for Google using Natural Language Processing and Artificial Intelligence technologies. You will play a key role in enhancing customer experience and optimizing user interactions with Google products.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement conversational UX using DialogFlow CX with a focus on intent-based dialogue design. Utilize NLU/NLP experience with Google NLP/Vertex AI for intent and entity modeling. Create conversational flow designs using tools such as Figma/Miro. Tune conversation performance using Google Analytics/BigQuery. Engineer prompts using Javascript for interactive user experiences. Integrate APIs and work with JSON data formats to enhance conversational experiences. Collaborate with team members using Jira/Confluence for project management. Utilize Google Cloud Platform for cloud-based development and deployment.
Requirements:
Required Skills:
Experience in Conversational UX Design, specifically with DialogFlow CX. Proficiency in NLU/NLP using Google NLP/Vertex AI for intent and entity modeling. Ability to design conversational flows using Figma/Miro. Experience in conversation performance tuning using Google Analytics/BigQuery. Knowledge of prompt engineering with Javascript. Skills in API integration and working with JSON data. Experience using project management tools like Jira/Confluence. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in designing conversational experiences for Google products. Knowledge of User Experience (UX) design principles. Understanding of Customer Experience (CX) strategies.
