About MiView The MiView UX Design Team works to help transform the future of home construction and field service management. Working at the forefront of digital transformation, you will have a keen understanding for our core personas and work to ensure the needs of our users are met through design. As a UX Designer at MiView, you are responsible for translating complex flows into intuitive, user-friendly designs. You will put yourself in the shoes of our core users, leveraging Design Thinking best practices and empathy to deliver designs that drive both adoption and engagement with our application suite. Our designers work closely with Business, Development, and Product to create user-centric interfaces that meet the needs of the company's customers and other stakeholders. You will leverage your experience to help support the broader team, identifying areas for improvement and bringing a user-first mindset with an unwavering commitment to consistency to ensure a cohesive user experience. Key Responsibilities Create wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders. Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the final product meets or exceeds customer expectations in terms of visual design, usability, and functionality. Ensure that the user interface is visually appealing, intuitive, and easy to use. Stay current with industry trends and new technologies and evaluate their potential to improve the company's products. Monitor and report on product performance and progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management. Create and maintain design documentation, such as style guides and design patterns. Participate in user testing and use the results to inform design decisions. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including development team members, product managers, and senior management. Continuously improve and evolve the company's design system, ensure consistency and accessibility across all products. Qualifications 2-4+ years of UX Design experience Comfortable presenting to and receiving feedback from leadership Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated experience thinking end-to-end and evaluating cross-product impacts Expert in using Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration Experience working within and/or contributing to a Design System Familiar with designing across formats, including web browser and mobile app Strong understanding of Design Thinking principles and best practices Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, and layout principles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Education Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred A UX Designer should be a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about technology and design. The UX Designer should have a strong technical background, with experience in user interface design, and be able to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of the company's customers and other stakeholders. The UX Designer should be able to think strategically and drive innovation and be able to identify and address any technical issues or bottlenecks that arise. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
