Job Description:
Must-Haves 7-10 years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products (web AND mobile) Strong Figma expertise, including creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs Strong end-to-end product design experience, including both: Visual UI design (layout, typography, components) UX design (user flows, interaction design, and usability) Hands-on experience conducting own user research, including writing test scripts and defining usability approaches Experience running moderated usability sessions and translating findings into design improvements Background working within ecommerce or high-transaction environments (booking, checkout, purchasing flows, etc.) Ability to work cross-functionally with product + engineering teams Strong communication skills and ability to be customer-facing •MUST have portfolio attached with resume for consideration Plusses Airline or banking experience Experience designing iOS/mobile-first experiences Exposure to loyalty programs (AAdvantage-type work) Day-to-Day Product Designers will own end-to-end user experiences across key workstreams such as the booking/selling journey, inflight entertainment, and AAdvantage. They will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, working closely with product, engineering, and UX leadership to bring features to life. The role will also involve conducting hands-on user research, including writing test scripts, running moderated usability sessions, and applying insights to improve user flows, interaction design, and overall customer experience.
