Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative software solutions that address real business challenges for clients. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and create user-focused documentation. Test software thoroughly, make recommendations for improvement, and ensure user documentation aligns with product functionality. Participate in peer reviews and contribute to process efficiencies and improvements in content development standards.
Requirements:
A technical
B.A./B.S.
degree or equivalent experience along with more than five years of technical content writing experience. Proficient in object-oriented programming concepts along with substantial experience in Progress OpenEdge development and database administration. Strong knowledge of various web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Kendo UI. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub or Azure DevOps, as well as a firm understanding of software testing and debugging methodologies.
