Job Description

Project description A suite of products for the oil & gas, logistics and other business sectors applications. A wide variety of Web, desktop and mobile platforms, huge user base, supportive team, the client has strong understanding of what is User Experience. Responsibilities Own UX design process on a complex project with a high-load interface. Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirements collection activities. Apply a strong focus on usability tests including cognitive walkthroughs of interactive prototypes. Hold close communication with product managers, engineers, and other parties. Develop wireframes, clickable prototypes and task flows based on user needs/stakeholder requirements. Maintain, evolve and integrate the Design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across the platform. SKILLS Must have 5+ years in UX/UI design. Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems. Proficiency in Claude Design or similar AI tool Strong foundation in interaction design and visual design. Evidence of shipping designs in production applications. Collaborative mindset, with openness to feedback and iteration. Fluent English Nice to have • Experience in enterprise applications. • Exposure to research practices and usability methods.
