Experience Design Consultant - Hybrid#26-06287 IRVING, TX Onsite Contract Starts 6/25/2026 Ends 12/24/2026 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an Experience Design Consultant - Hybrid for a 6 month contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will consult as an expert to develop and influence initiatives for highlyplex business and technical needs across experience design. You will be responsible for developing and executing customer experience solutions for online applications and websites, managing the creation of customer experience elements from concept throughpletion.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute customer experience solutions for online applications and websites Manage the design, creation, and production of customer experience elements from product concept throughpletion Employ a broad array of user-centered design tools including wireframes, visual mockups, site maps, and prototypes Consult on the strategy and resolution of highlyplex and unique challenges Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative experience design business solutions Lead projects or teams of user-centered design specialists Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Requirements:

7 years of experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience Excellent Figma skill sets Experience in financial services, specifically banking Strong understanding of human design thinking Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonalmunication skills Expert knowledge in Adobe Target capabilities and usage Project management experience Desired skills: Experience with Agile methodologies Ability to navigate ambiguity and create a pioneering playbook Ability to presentplex concepts into simplified solutions to build consensus with stakeholders Strong vendor management skills Pay range: $51.09 - $59.09 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
