Job Description

Job Description We're looking for a Junior UX Designer to support the design of internal, web-based tools used by teams across the business, including customer care/contact center platforms. This role is focused on improving how users interact with complex systems by organizing information in a clear and intuitive way. In this role, you'll partner closely with senior designers, product managers, and engineers to help simplify workflows and improve how information is presented and understood. Design user experiences for internal-facing web applications, focusing on usability and efficiency over visual aesthetics Structure complex data and workflows into clear, logical, and easy-to-navigate experiences Define and refine information architecture and content hierarchy across tools Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to understand user needs and translate them into UX solutions Conduct user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis to improve how information is consumed Continuously iterate to reduce friction and improve productivity for internal users (ex: contact center agents) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 1-3 years of UX design experience or relevant internships/projects/bootcamps Basic understanding of information architecture, content organization, and/or information hierarchy Exposure to designing web-based internal tools, dashboards, or data-heavy applications Ability to think through user flows and break down simple workflows Interest in systems thinking and improving how users interact with complex tools Strong communication skills with different teams and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment Experience participating in user research or usability testing Experience designing internal tools/platforms (dashboards, admin tools, contact center platforms, etc.) Ability to map and simplify workflows and data-heavy experiences Experience improving operational efficiency through UX (reducing clicks, optimizing workflows, improving data clarity)
