ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer with 8+ years of experience designing complex enterprise and internal-facing products. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in problem spaces involving scale, data density, workflows, and system complexity-and who can bring clarity, efficiency, and usability to sophisticated tools. As a Senior UX Designer, you will own the design of end-to-end enterprise experiences, translating user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive, scalable, and accessible solutions. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to ensure designs are grounded in user insight while remaining feasible within enterprise environments. This role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong systems thinking, and the ability to independently drive design work from early concept through delivery.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
    B.S./B.A.
    in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Human Factors, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
    • 8-10+ years of professional experience across UX design and UX research
    • Demonstrated experience owning design work from concept through delivery
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Enterprise UX Design & Experience Ownership
    • Own UX design for complex enterprise product areas from early concept through delivery
    • Design task-driven, workflow-heavy experiences that support efficiency, accuracy, and scale
    • Translate requirements, research insights, and constraints into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
    • Design for complex states, permissions, roles, edge cases, and data-rich interfaces
    • Apply systems thinking to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability across products Design Execution & Delivery
    • Produce high-quality, accessible, and consistent UX designs with strong attention to interaction details and usability
    • Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate behavior and intent
    • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to align on scope, feasibility, and technical implementation
    • Contribute to and evolve enterprise design systems, components, and UX standards
    • Support design quality through iteration, reviews, and thoughtful handoff documentation Collaboration & Influence
    • Partner with UX research to incorporate user insights into design decisions
    • Clearly articulate design rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations to stakeholders
    • Contribute UX perspectives to discovery, planning, and prioritization discussions
    • Participate in design critiques and cross-team rituals to elevate overall UX quality
    • Provide informal mentorship and constructive feedback to junior designers
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Portfolio demonstrating strong enterprise UX design work across complex products or platforms
    • Proven experience designing end-to-end workflows, tools, or systems for internal or B2B users
    • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or equivalent)
    • Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles
    • Experience designing for data-heavy interfaces, complex workflows, or role-based systems
    • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
    • Comfortable working through ambiguity and shaping problems before solutions
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thoughtful about documentation
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines
