The Fun Stuff:

Analyze user needs to determine the most effective solutions. Develop visually pleasing, content-rich, user-friendly interfaces and intuitive navigation. Immerse yourself in modern best practices, including code reviews, continuous integration and deployment, and iterative development. Review, maintain, and improve user-facing code.

The Necessities:

5+ years of experience designing and developing high-quality frontend websites using HTML and CSS 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design Knowledge of WCAG 2.x, Section 508 compliance, responsive design, and front-end best practices in secure government environments Experience developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups Knowledge of human-centered design methodology or design thinking principles Bachelor's degree in UX, Design, or a related field, or 5+ years of professional experience working as a front-end developer, web designer, UX designer, or related field in lieu of degree Ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and collaboratively with a team The Nice to

The Salary:
