Develop and communicate compelling research findings, insights, and recommendations, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of both user and business landscapes. Partner with cross-functional teams to amplify the reach and impact of your research insights. Identify, create, and effectively utilize key insights and metrics to evaluate the impact of products, services, and the broader ecosystem. Apply a broad and deep understanding of business goals, product ecosystems, user trends, and industry developments to inform research-driven decision-making. Contribute to the development of project priorities aligned with larger organizational goals and coordinate resource allocation within projects. Actively seek opportunities to expand responsibilities and proactively remove roadblocks to ensure project progress. Conduct in-depth research to uncover user needs and business opportunities, fostering user empathy and guiding a shared vision and strategy with partners. Anticipate evolving user needs and research opportunities, adapting research strategies for large or complex programs. Lead and execute comprehensive analysis for complex research initiatives, including defining and implementing qualitative or quantitative frameworks, and developing strategic surveys. Build consensus and influence teams to gain support for research-based, user-centric solutions.
