  • What You'll Do:
  • Drive the standardization of navigation, UI patterns, and interaction models across a diverse application portfolio.
  • Design seamless user experiences for integrations between internal tools and critical enterprise systems, ensuring fluid user workflows.
  • Craft flexible user interfaces that uphold data validation and integrity, bridging user needs with robust backend systems.
  • Conduct comprehensive customer interviews, usability studies, and contextual inquiries to gather requirements, validate designs, and identify pain points proactively.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear, compelling design narratives, presenting proposals and research findings to leadership and cross-functional partners to foster alignment.
  • Develop intuitive onboarding flows for new user groups, significantly minimizing training overhead.
  • Establish and maintain a unified design system to ensure visual and interaction consistency across all applications.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance customer satisfaction scores and performance monitoring metrics across the entire application suite.
  • Required Skills & Experience:
  • 4-6 years of professional User Experience (UX) design experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or Design Arts (preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience with website and application support.
  • Strong understanding of how enterprise applications function.
  • Experience with AI Vibe Coding.
  • Proven and highly important experience in Prompt Engineering.
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, Balsamiq, or InVision.
  • 4-6 years of experience in business communication.
  • 2-4 years of experience with Git/GitHub version control.
  • 4-6 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
