  • As a Senior Branding Engineer, you will lead complex branding implementations for customer career sites, ensuring technical excellence and brand integrity across high-impact projects. You'll serve as a technical expert and mentor, driving delivery quality, influencing design decisions, and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Responsibilities
  • + Lead the development of responsive, branded career sites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
+ Translate complex design assets (e.g., Photoshop files, brand guidelines) into scalable, mobile-friendly layouts. + Ensure accessibility, performance, and brand consistency across all implementations. + Partner with Implementation Managers to scope, estimate, and manage delivery of high-complexity branding projects. + Guide junior engineers, reviewing code, merging edits, and ensuring quality standards. + Influence design and technical decisions across cross-functional teams. + Solve advanced styling and layout challenges using CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, Less) and front-end frameworks. + Troubleshoot branding and content management system related issues. + Maintain and evolve reusable components and templates for branding delivery. + Lead agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. + Identify opportunities for process optimization and tooling improvements. + Share best practices and contribute to internal documentation and enablement.
  • Qualifications
  • + 5-8+ years of experience in front-end development or branding engineering.
+ Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design techniques. + Experience with Git, CSS preprocessors (SASS/Less), and front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, Material UI). + Familiarity with web service APIs (SOAP, REST) and agile methodologies. + Strong project management and collaboration skills. + Demonstrated ability to mentor others and lead technical delivery.

  • Compensation and Benefits
  • We accept applications for this position on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and qualified candidates may be contacted throughout the posting period. The anticipated base pay range for this position is 90,000-95,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. This range aligns with our commitment to equitable and transparent compensation practices, as required by applicable law.
