Job Description

About Big Escape Rooms Are you passionate about delivering a remarkable customer experience? Want a fun, challenging, fast-paced job where you're on your feet and interacting with people all day? Let's talk. If you've never done an escape room: teams get a quick video briefing, enter a themed room, and have 60 minutes to solve puzzles, find clues, and beat the clock. What you'll do (Game Master) Game Masters own the guest experience from check-in to the final photo. You'll help bring the story to life and keep games running on time.
You will:
Greet guests with energy (often in-character for the experience) Check in teams using our booking system and collect waivers Brief teams on the story, rules, and safety Monitor games via audio/video and provide hints as needed Celebrate teams at the end, take group photos, and thank them for visiting Reset rooms quickly and perfectly between games (speed + extreme attention to detail required) Handle basic cash/card transactions and record them accurately Report breaks/fixes, low inventory, and supply usage Use Google Drive for communication and basic files What we're looking for Friendly, upbeat, and comfortable speaking to groups (including large groups) Reliable transportation and dependable attendance (we run a tight schedule—lateness won't work) Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure Great communication skills Comfortable with basic tech (tablet/computer; Google Drive) Requirements Must be 18 years or older Flexible scheduling; weekend availability is strongly preferred Able to stand/walk for extended periods and move between rooms during shifts Hiring timelineWe're interviewing now and looking to start quickly (as soon as this week).

From $10.50 per hour
