Duties Lead and supervise a team of game attendants and event staff to deliver outstanding guest services in a vibrant gaming environment Oversee daily operations, including shift management, guest engagement, and event coordination to ensure seamless entertainment experiences Manage guest interactions with professionalism, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly Maintain accurate reports on daily activities, incident logs, and operational feedback to support continuous improvement Handle cash transactions, ticketing, and other financial responsibilities with integrity and accuracy Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including supervising crowd control and managing emergency procedures when necessary Skills Proven leadership experience in nightlife venues such as nightclubs or entertainment centers Strong background in events management with the ability to organize engaging activities and tournaments Excellent customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor Effective shift management and supervisory experience in hospitality or resort settings Skilled in report writing for operational documentation and incident tracking Experience with cash handling, ticketing systems, and point-of-sale operations Knowledge of hospitality environments is highly desirable Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high energy levels Previous assistant manager or supervisory roles within the nightlife or entertainment industry are preferred Join us to create unforgettable experiences for our guests while leading a passionate team dedicated to fun and excellence!
