JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform activities that facilitate the guest experience (including meeting and greeting customers, customer check in, pre-game service, game mastering multiple games at once, interacting with customers, and post-game experience). Demonstrated computer and typing proficiency Reset games after they have been played Perform general tasks around the venue to assist in its operation Upsell games and merchandise to customers Deliver an excellent and professional customer service experience to customers, creating a "Five-Star Experience" Maintain safety standards Cleaning and sanitizing the area in and around venue to high standards Standing and sitting for extended periods of time
IDEAL CHARACTERISTICS
Someone who is outgoing and confident with good communication skills! Welcome guests with a warm welcome, smile, and positive attitude. Flexibility for hours worked with weekend availability required . Must be able to stand, stoop and lift objects up to 20 pounds during a shift. Fun and friendly attitude! Basic computer operation with the ability to type quickly and accurately. Able to multitask and manage high pressure situations Good initiative we're looking for someone who picks up tasks that need doing without being prompted!\ High attention to detail. Able to work within a team, collaborating and being in communication with team members Someone who is looking to grow personally and professionally Passionate about Escape Rooms and building an experience for guests!
