As a game master you will greet customers, introduce customers to the concept of escape room entertainment, and learn & understand escape room puzzles flow in order to provide support to customers. This position will often be a support position working with other members of our team to manage the customer experience at Ace of Escape. At times, the game master may work completely independently and must be self-sufficient. Similar customer service or hosting experience is ideal as well as a general understand of escape room businesses. Candidates must have reliable transportation, be willing to commit to at least 1 year of employment at Ace of Escape and be highly available to communicate with via group messenger applications on phone. New hires are trained over the course of 2 to 3 weeks and are expected to be able to take on duties independently after.
