Game Master Job Title:
Game Master An escape room game experience is where participants enter a room(s), find clues, solve puzzles, and escape the room in less than 60 minutes. The experience is a fun and live adventure game. The Game Master is responsible for the escape room game ("experience") and will be interacting with participants by hosting and facilitating the game and giving participants game clues. You MUST be dependable, have a great personality, and effectively communicate and control a group of customers.
Responsibilities include:
Providing a fun, enjoyable, and memorable environment and experience for guests Memorize the outline and hint structure to give clear and encouraging hints throughout the game as needed Arriving on time for scheduled shifts Greeting and brief players before the game while being friendly and energetic Understand the game flow to be able to reset the game Ensure office is clean and presentable at all times
Qualifications:
Outgoing and entertaining personality Able to multi-task Professional, reliable, quick learner High attention to detail Previous experience in customer service or other related fields is a plus Must have reliable transportation Solid attendance record
