An ideal candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills. Qualified individuals must have good attention to detail, be outgoing, and find joy in helping others. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greet customers and provide a friendly, warm, and welcoming environment Inform customers of the pre-game instructions Maintain a positive game experience Register customers and process cash and card payments Monitor player activity using a computer program Provide clear and timely hints during gameplay using a custom computer program Quickly and accurately reset the escape room between games Manage social media content, including the posting of photos and descriptions Open and close the business depending on shift Collect and dispose of trash to maintain a clean work environment
