This role combines customer service, live entertainment, storytelling, and operations. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, can confidently engage groups of all ages, and is capable of creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and reset escape room games to ensure all puzzles, props, and equipment are functioning properly. Welcome guests and provide engaging game briefings, safety instructions, and story introductions. Host and monitor games, providing hints and assistance while maintaining immersion and guest satisfaction. Perform as an actor or in-character host when required by the game experience. Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each game. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the facility. Assist with opening, closing, and general venue operations as needed. Help create a positive, fun, and professional atmosphere for guests and team members.

Qualifications:

Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills. Comfortable speaking confidently in front of groups and engaging with guests from diverse backgrounds. Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication abilities. Naturally friendly, outgoing, and able to build rapport with customers. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently. Ability to think quickly and remain composed in fast-paced situations. Fluent in spoken and written English. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Acting, theater, improv, hospitality, tourism, entertainment, or escape room experience is preferred but not required.
