Our mission is clear:

to create a fun, safe, and exciting space for kids and gamers of all ages. We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our team and help shape the exceptional experience we want to provide to our future guests. We also host birthday parties and company events nearly every weekend. Candidates must be okay with working in a busy environment with loud music and lots of energy from kids age 5

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate, patient, and outgoing Game Master to join our team and ensure top-tier customer interaction for our guests, especially children. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to connect with kids, demonstrate a high level of patience, and deliver top-notch service in a fun and energetic environment. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests feel comfortable, engaged, and excited throughout their visit. As a Game Master, you'll be responsible for setting up customers on VR headsets, PlayStation consoles, and computers, while offering game instruction, guidance, encouragement, and friendly conversation. Party Host:

We are seeking candidates interested in pursuing a party host role. Ideal candidates should be comfortable and confident speaking in front of groups and crowds. As a party host, you'll have the chance to earn tips, but this promotion will come after demonstrating success in the Game Master role and meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities:

Offer friendly and helpful customer service Set up VR headsets, gaming computers, and PlayStation consoles Host kid's birthday parties Provide clear game guidance and assistance to customers, especially children Maintain a positive attitude, work well with your team, and stay composed under pressure during busy times Uphold a clean and organized gaming space Monitor and ensure a safe environment for all guests Troubleshoot any technical issues with the equipment during gameplay Ensure all equipment is working properly and be aware of any technical problems

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to interact with kids in a fun, patient, and approachable manner Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Interest in gaming and technology

Preferred:

Previous experience working with children Ability to troubleshoot basic gaming or VR related technical issues Advanced technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing gaming consoles and PCs, including disassembly and component-level fixes Experience speaking in front of crowds
