Huddy's Escape Game Master Job Summary:

As a Huddy's Escape Game Master, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while overseeing the immersive experience of our escape room games. You will guide players through the game, provide hints when necessary, and ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants. Your role will involve engaging with customers, facilitating game sessions, and upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:

Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere. Provide clear instructions and game rules to players. Offer friendly assistance and guidance throughout the game. Anticipate and address customer needs promptly and effectively. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Game Facilitation:

Brief players on the story and objectives of the escape room game. Monitor game progress via surveillance cameras or in-person observation. Deliver hints or clues to players when requested or when they encounter difficulties. Ensure adherence to game rules and safety protocols at all times. Reset the room and props efficiently between game sessions.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with fellow game masters and staff to deliver a cohesive experience. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate game schedules and logistics. Assist with training new game masters and share best practices for customer service. Attention to

Detail:

Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the escape rooms and common areas. Perform routine checks on props, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating memorable experiences. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Problem-solving abilities and quick thinking to assist players during the game. Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment industry preferred. Knowledge of escape room games or puzzle-solving activities is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the escape room facility. Lift and carry props or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds. Comfortable working in dimly lit environments and confined spaces.
