We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills and great attention to detail. This tends to be a fast-paced environment, so comfortability in that space is a must!

Experience Must Haves:

• Open availability
• Ability to engage and captivate small or large groups
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Escape room, theater, or theme park knowledge
• Ability to climb, crawl, crouch, and lift up to 10-15lbs

Plusses:

• Previous escape room experience
• Knowledge of scheduling/booking software
• Front desk experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) Responsibilities
• Lead and facilitate game experiences for guests of all ages
• Ensure the safety of players during game
• Provide clear instructions and guidance on game rules and objectives
• Manage game flow and pacing to maximize guest enjoyment
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Resolve any guest concerns or conflicts in a professional manner
