Job Description
Paniq Escape Room is seeking a Game Master. The Game masters monitor games from the control room ensuring safety and proper game flow, ready to give hints as needed. They sanitize and reset the rooms with accuracy in a short window of time between bookings. Game masters answer phone calls during their shift and respond to customer inquiries via emails in a professional manner. Being able to work alone as well as together with other game masters as a team is a necessity. Game masters are expected to do their part to keep the building clean daily. Customer service industry and/or public speaking experience preferred Experience with hand tools is a plus.
