About Chambers VR Escape Chambers VR Escape is a locally owned virtual reality escape room focused on creating unforgettable, fun experiences. We're a laid-back team that works hard, plays hard, and genuinely enjoys making people smile. Our goal is for both customers and employees to have a great time every shift. The Role We're looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Game Master to help run our VR escape room experiences. As a Game Master, you'll be the face of the experience. You'll be welcoming guests, guiding them through their adventure, and making sure they leave having had an amazing time. This is a great role for someone who loves customer service, enjoys problem-solving, and has an interest in escape rooms, virtual reality, or video games. The position pay $16/hr + plus tips and commission. What You'll Be Doing Hosting and running virtual reality escape room games Explaining rules and guiding players before and during their experience Giving hints and assistance to keep games fun and engaging Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive, welcoming environment Troubleshooting basic technical or VR issues (we'll train you) Resetting rooms and equipment between games Light cleaning and general upkeep of the space Helping ensure every guest leaves happy and excited to come back What We're Looking For Strong customer service skills (hospitality, retail, or similar experience preferred) Experience/comfortable with troubleshooting technology preferred. Someone who genuinely enjoys making other people have fun Comfortable talking to groups and working with a wide variety of people Interest in escape rooms, virtual reality, gaming, or immersive experiences Reliable, responsible, and a good team player Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure Willingness to learn VR equipment and basic troubleshooting Availability Requirements Flexible availability is important Shifts may include mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends We're very accommodating and happy to work with your schedule Why Work With Us?
