Escape Room Novi is now hiring! We are looking for someone to join our team for weekends and select weekdays at the biggest Escape Room in Michigan. Full-time and Part-time opportunities available.

Monday-Friday:

2:30pm•Last escape room goes in at 9:45pm

Saturday:

11:30am•Last escape room goes in at 9:45pm

Sunday:

11:30am•Last escape room goes in at 8:15pm Escape Room Game Master•Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, customer-focused experiences by briefing players on game rules, storylines, and safety procedures Monitor live gameplay and provide strategic hints to maintain immersion while ensuring game progression Reset and test rooms between sessions, ensuring all puzzles, props, and technical elements are fully functional Enforce safety guidelines and respond quickly to technical issues or guest concerns during gameplay Maintain a clean, organized environment in both game rooms and front-of-house areas Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive guest experience Collaborate with team members to manage scheduling, transitions, and overall daily operations Report and document maintenance needs or recurring problems Assisted with minor repairs and upkeep of props and equipment Process bookings, payments, and waivers Promote additional games, merchandise, and return visits Manage phones and online inquiries

Pay:

From $14.00 per hour
