Job Description
This is not your average escape room job. At Wonderland Madhouse, our Game Masters don't just reset puzzles and push buttons behind a counter. You become part of the story. We are looking for outgoing, energetic performers to take on the role of the Mad Hatter inside our immersive Wonderland experience. This position combines traditional escape room operations with live character acting, guest interaction, and performance. What You'll Be Doing Welcoming guests into the world of Wonderland Performing as the Mad Hatter for groups before and after their experience Learning and performing a themed song and dance routine Staying in character while interacting with guests Running escape room games and monitoring gameplay Resetting rooms between groups quickly and accurately Maintaining the atmosphere, energy, and immersion of the experience Assisting with special events, themed nights, and live entertainment What We're Looking For Strong personality and confidence around groups of people Comfortable performing in costume and in character Ability to memorize scripts, routines, and game procedures High energy and a willingness to be weird, theatrical, and entertaining Reliable, organized, and able to multitask during busy nights Team player with good communication skills
