Duties Welcome guests with enthusiasm, providing clear instructions and safety guidelines for their escape room experience Facilitate the flow of the game by explaining rules, monitoring progress, and offering hints when appropriate to enhance guest enjoyment Manage guest interactions with professionalism and positivity, resolving any issues or conflicts promptly and effectively Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the escape room area to maintain a high standard of guest experience Handle cash transactions accurately for bookings or merchandise sales, following proper cash handling procedures Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods or special events Assist with event management by setting up themed rooms, managing reservations, and supporting promotional activities Skills Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Strong communication abilities suitable for public speaking and guest engagement Experience in conflict management to handle guest concerns diplomatically Background in events management or hospitality to coordinate themed experiences and special occasions Cash handling experience ensuring accuracy and accountability in transactions Previous lifeguard experience or working with children is a plus for engaging younger guests safely Knowledge of theater or storytelling techniques to create immersive narratives and enhance guest immersion Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks in a lively environment This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive on creating memorable experiences and enjoy working with diverse groups of people.
