E-COMMERCE WEB CONTENT DESIGNER
Location City of Industry, California Employment Type Full-Time Job Overview Furniture of America is looking for a Web Content Designer to shape how our products are experienced online. As part of our in-house marketing team, you'll work alongside designers and developers to create clean, compelling front-end experiences across our e-commerce platform. This is a content-first role—not a coding position. From product pages to campaign launches, you'll translate ideas into visuals and layouts that tell a story, strengthen our brand, and drive conversion across both B2B and DTC audiences. Key Responsibilities Design and execute front-end web pages, landing pages, and digital assets within our Magento platform Collaborate with in-house designers and developers to bring concepts to life Produce consumer-facing content that is visually compelling, on-brand, and conversion-focused Prepare and optimize assets for both web and print use Apply SEO principles, performance optimization, and web best practices to all designs Maintain visual consistency across the site, ensuring alignment with brand standards Support ongoing campaigns, product launches, and site updates Contribute to A+ content and enhanced product storytelling across e-commerce platforms Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 2-4+ years of web or digital content design experience, preferably in e-commerce or DTC environments Experience creating A+ content for major e-commerce platforms Strong design background with a portfolio showcasing front-end web design, layout, and UI/UX thinking Basic knowledge of
HTML/CSS
preferred Marketing mindset with experience creating content that engages and converts Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Photo editing and retouching capabilities Experience working with or designing for Magento (or similar platforms) Familiarity with PIM systems and structured product data is a plus Understanding of SEO, performance optimization, and modern web best practices Experience producing consumer-facing content and digital campaigns Familiarity with AI-assisted design or development workflows Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to think strategically. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.
