Retail Trade Development East Peoria, IL 61611 $40,000

  • Full-time This multi-functional position combines retail sales support, sign production, retail portal development, social media management, and website maintenance.
It focuses on helping retailers, supporting the sales team, and managing marketing-related tools and content.
SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday (subject to Holiday Hours)
SALARY RANGE
: $40,000
  • 45,000 based on experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sign shop / point-of-sale materials
  • Produce banners, posters, shelf strips, cooler wraps, and other promotional materials
  • Communicate with sales reps and managers on signage needs
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and keep the sign shop organized Retailer Portal / B2B
  • Educate retailers on the company's B2B portal and help get them signed up
  • Generate leads and support sales growth
  • Prospect, network, present to potential customers, and manage accounts
  • Work toward sales targets and close deals Social media
  • Help manage platforms like Facebook and Instagram
  • Create and publish daily content
  • Monitor engagement, moderate content, analyze results, and collaborate with other departments Website
  • Maintain the company website alongside ownership and GSM
  • Help define website goals and structure
  • Assist with layout, applications, and integration of back-end data/services
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and manage time well. Sales and relationship-building ability Marketing/content creation experience Basic website management and digital tool knowledge Corel Draw and Canva experience preferred Printing/Banner Machine experience Managing Social Media platforms experience
Pay:
$40,000.00
  • $45,000.
