The Website Designer at Renovation Church is a high-ownership role, responsible for leading and building Renovation Church's digital presence across multiple church location websites (3+ and growing) as well as the mobile app.

Giftedness and Abilities Experience with website platforms (Wix, WordPress, etc.) Basic design skills (Canva and Adobe, or similar) Strong eye for clean, modern design Comfortable managing multiple sites and priorities Strong systems mindset Self-directed and comfortable working with ownership Simple and clear communicator Strong attention to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES

Multi-Location Website Management Manage and make major updates to all websites (3+ and growing) Build a system to empower location staff to make small updates to their respective websites Build new pages, page templates, landing pages, and site sections Ensure all sites stay consistent in structure, design, and quality Mobile App Management Update content, events, and announcements Create & send push notifications Keep the mobile app aligned with website content Design & Content Make simple design updates (graphics, layouts, page visuals) Ensure everything looks clean, consistent, and on-brand Support campaigns with basic web/app design execution Systems & Structure Build website & app management systems intended for growth Reduce one-off requests by creating repeatable workflows Set standards for how content is built, submitted, and published Design the digital structure for future locations and growth
