The Corps of Cadets numbers approximately 4,400, and each year about 1,000 cadets graduate and are commissioned as second lieutenants in the U.S. Army. The West Point Association of Graduates is seeking a full-time Digital Designer to support the Communications & Marketing team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining digital experiences across web, email, and multimedia platforms. The Digital Designer will play a key role in managing and enhancing WestPointAOG.org, building responsive HTML email campaigns, and supporting integrated communications efforts that engage our global alumni community. This position serves as a technical and creative resource for internal stakeholders, collaborating across departments to execute content updates, campaign assets, and digital initiatives. Responsibilities include website design and maintenance, email marketing production, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring quality assurance across platforms, and contributing to performance tracking and analytics. The role also supports ongoing innovation by identifying new tools, technologies, and approaches to improve user experience and engagement. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in digital design and development, with experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (WordPress preferred). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing platforms, and data-driven decision-making is essential. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and apply both creative and technical problem-solving skills. A bachelor's degree in digital design, visual communications, computer science, or a related field is preferred, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Blackbaud CRM is a plus. Candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive, and strong communicators who thrive in a team environment. The salary range is approximately $60,000-$70,000, commensurate with experience. The incumbent must live within commuting distance of West Point.
