Job Description
Entry-Level Web Designer We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Akron. This is an exciting opportunity for an English-speaking individual who is looking to kick-start their career in web design. As an entry-level position, no previous experience is required, making this an ideal role for recent graduates or those looking to switch careers. The successful candidate will have a strong eye for design and a passion for creating visually appealing websites that are both functional and user-friendly. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1700$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to design website layouts and templates
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to present design ideas
- Use HTML, CSS, and other web design tools to implement designs into functional websites
- Ensure websites are visually appealing and user-friendly across all devices
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in web design or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects (can include personal projects)
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and other web design tools
- Knowledge of responsive design principles
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
