Graphic & Web Designer

Eyedeal Creative is seeking a Graphic and Web Designer who thrives on creating world-class design work across a wide range of applications. From websites and digital campaigns to branding, print collateral, and social media, you will bring a modern, clean, and creative design style to every project. This role is first and foremost about design excellence, but also includes responsibility for helping keep projects organized and moving forward. You will collaborate closely with our team, interface with clients, and contribute to ensuring that our work not only looks great but also serves client goals. Core Responsibilities Lead design projects across multiple mediums, including websites, digital marketing, branding, print, and social media Translate client objectives into clear, effective, and visually compelling design solutions Create wireframes, user flows, site maps, and mockups to guide website projects Collaborate with team members and clients to refine concepts and deliver polished results Help manage project timelines and deliverables to keep work moving smoothly Present design work with confidence, explaining rationale and gathering feedback Stay current with design trends, web technologies, and best practices Use AI tools to support design and production workflows, with a willingness to learn and adapt as new technologies emerge What We Value Service-oriented mindset — committed to understanding client needs and delivering work that supports their goals Self-starter who takes initiative, manages time effectively, and can work independently when needed Strong communication skills — able to explain ideas clearly and work collaboratively with both clients and teammates Flexibility and adaptability — comfortable handling a variety of projects and shifting priorities Desire to grow not only as a designer but also as a partner in client relationships and strategy discussions Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in graphic and web design with a strong portfolio demonstrating a wide variety of work Expertise in design and wireframing tools such as Figma, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to translate them into effective web designs Strong organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree in Design or related field preferred but not required
