This role will partner closely with the Director of Retention Marketing to design polished, on brand email templates that support ongoing customer engagement initiatives.

Fully remote Key Responsibilities Design and build responsive email templates within Sailthru Collaborate closely with the Director of Retention Marketing to execute email campaigns Ensure all email designs align with established brand guidelines Apply email design best practices to support usability and performance Make revisions and updates to templates based on feedback and evolving campaign needs Qualifications Proven experience creating marketing email templates Working knowledge of Sailthru preferred; experience with similar platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Iterable considered Strong ability to follow and maintain established brand guidelines Solid understanding of responsive email design Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
